Hi, and thank you for visiting the BodSpirTM website. I hope it has answered all your questions about BodSpirTM. BodSpirTM was created and developed to help those of us over 45 who want to live a more healthy and fitful lifestyle. The exercises are non-strenuous and in synchronization with your own body's rhythm of breathing. BodSpirTM is a way of exercise that not only helps to strengthen, but also enhances flexibility with stretching incorporated throughout each class.

If you are not located near Little Compton, I strongly recommend the BodSpirTM CD. The routine is a 20 minute warm-up that we do at the beginning of each class. It is an excellent way to start each day as it offers a series of contractions and stretches touching virtually every muscle in the body.

The gardening booklet offers some wise suggestions on how to garden with a sense of physical respect for the exertion which this annual activity puts on all of us. It is an excellent selection of positions and stretches we all should use!
